The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is a set of rules that govern how the Company conducts its business. The Code was developed by the PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp Central office and has been in effect in the Panabo branch since the start of the Joint Venture on June 1, 2019.
The Code is designed to ensure that the Company’s business operations are conducted with integrity, competence, and excellence.
The Code is intended to ensure that all employees adhere to professional standards at all times. It provides guidelines on the following areas:
Respect for people:
Employees must treat each other with dignity and respect at all times;
Compliance with laws:
Employees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
Compliance with procedures:
Employees must follow all procedures as instructed by management or a supervisor;
Compliance with standards:
Employees must follow Company policies and practices as set forth by management.
